NNEDV released a brochure covering domestic violence and its relationship with HIV. This brochure is available in both English and Spanish.
This series discusses 1) Requirements – including basic information about the grounds and residency requirements, 2) Documents and Notification – including information about the documents you will need to file and how to legally notify your spouse, 3) Process for survivors – including information about what the divorce process looks like and what you should consider if you are a domestic violence survivor.
