“Envisioning a system of criminal and civil justice that supports empowered recovery, the Survivor Law Clinic of the Michigan Coalition to End Domestic & Sexual Violence (“MCEDSV”) seeks to make crime victims’ rights more meaningful for all Michigan victims. The Clinic provides the following services: Legal representation of crime victims to enforce their crime victims’ rights and mitigate the effects of victimization. Trainings and technical support to enhance advocacy for all crime victims. Educational materials supporting service delivery to crime victims. Expert-witness referrals to trained experts in fields related to victimization to educate the finder of fact.”
