SPARC ensures that allied professionals have the specialized knowledge to identify and respond to the crime of stalking. As a comprehensive national resource center, SPARC provides a multi-faceted approach to programming. SPARC assists multi-disciplinary professionals with information, resources, and policy and protocol development through our technical assistance endeavors.”
